Plenty of iodine might help so get stuck into that vegemite. Vegemite is also rich in all the B vitamins so that would boost your energy levels as well. Plenty of sea food would also help your iodine intake. You could also take an iodine supplement every day such as kelp tablets which also contain a lot of minerals.

I have thyroid disease & my levels do fluctuate when I am not on the correct medication dosage, however I do have a friend who has thyroid disease & no matter how much or how little thyroid medication she is on her levels always stay the same. So, I would definitely see a specialist if I were you. Good luck & hope you feel better.
P.S. - My recommendation if you DO have thyroid disease is to ALWAYS get copies of all your lab test results. I have had problems with this in the past where I was not told my levels were out of range & it really messed me up medically for a long time.

you may be subclinical. which means there may be a problem but the tested levels don't quite show that you have a problem. all you can really do is keep monitoring your tsh levels and see what your doc says or get a second opinion

I have the same problem. I have an under active thyroid. I have to take two pills at a time because they do not make one strong enough in one pill. You need to see a specialist that specializes in thyroid. Endocrinology. All they deal with is thyroid disorders. You may need a re feral to get into one.
Thyroid is not something to mess with . Do not try any of the natural remedies. They do not work. I was near comma because I was so sick and did not know the symptoms. So please see the specialist. Yes the levels go up and down. For the first year I had to go in every month. Then it was four times a year, then three. Now I am down to twice a year. I was doing good. And then my levels changed and my meds were upped. The drug is called synthroid. Then there are some who have over active and they keep loosing weight.

TSH levels go up and down from day to day, and from morning to night.

And do you know what else? TSH levels are irrelevant. They are only an indirect, second hand way to GUESS at what your real thyroid levels are. (TSH isn't a thyroid hormone, and it doesn't affect your symptoms.)

If you are having symptoms, and have only had a TSH test, you need a new doctor. Demand the correct tests from your new doctor. That includes a free T3 test and a Free T4 test to start with. You can go from there after you see if you have a thyroid problem or not.
