@missAntoiniaSyrene get some iodoral, its iodine/iodide. 12.5 mg start out with one pill a day and see how it goes! Eventually add another one like after lunch. Take your time with it though. It has a detox effect of sorts.

@emeraldvenus theres a book called your bodies many cries for water that might be of interest to you for your psoriasis and allergies. Also, for your hypothyroidism read up on iodine. I started to take iodoral and its been helping me a lot. Even a small dose since i am just starting on it. It could make you brake out in a rash though becuase of bromide in the system. iodine will get that nasty stuff out, but could cause a rash and stuff.

I was on Levothyroxine for a few years, until it no longer was effective. Went from 50 mc after a year, to 75 Synthroid. Seems my body always wants a little more. I first found I had it when I became so tired in the middle of the day, I almost collapsed. I was walking 2 hours a day and was beginning to gain weight, plus my BP and Chol. went through the roof. Life's not as it was before I had Hypo, but it's livable, but now I've developed a case of Psoriasis & food allergies, sigh.
