Normal bloodwork doesn't mean your thyroid doesn't need help. You need to see a chiropractor/nutritional specialist, and they can advise you on what supplements to take to nourish your thyroid. Since your adrenal glands work with your thyroid, you should take supplements for your adrenal glands, also.

Doctors have been taught to give drugs that suppress symptoms or control your body. Chiropractors and nutritional specialists have been trained to know what natural supplement is needed to help your body heal itself. And have no side effects.

For excellent advice, I recommend two doctors, Dr. Bruce West and Dr. Julian Whitaker. They are both in California, but they have websites and toll-free numbers.

You can call Dr. West's office with questions - 1-800-231-8063.

Dr. Whitaker's number is - 1-888-886-8213, 24 hours, 7 days a week.

sometimes when you have a "borderline thyroid problem" the doc brushes it off not realizing that even borderlin thyroid problems can cause major symptoms. your doc should be treating your symptoms and not just looking at your bloodwork numbers. Also, I have heard the time of day you get your bloodwork done can affect the outcome. Try getting tested again early in the morning. If your thyroid is enlarged that means you have a thyroid problem plain and simple. My doc did a blood test on my for thyroid, it came back borderline-low, then he ordered an ultrasound on my neck to see if my thyroid is swollen, if the results come back that it's swollen, im going to ask him to put me on a low dose of meds so my symptoms can finally go away.
